Irizar UK is proud to announce the delivery of two new Irizar Integral i6S Efficient coaches to Dartline Coaches, a respected operator and part of the Go-Ahead Group. These vehicles represent a significant investment in operational efficiency, passenger comfort, and future-ready technology, reinforcing Dartline’s commitment to providing high-quality services across its network.
The 12.9-metre coaches are powered by the robust DAF MX11 engine, delivering 300kW (402bhp) and paired with the smooth and reliable ZF Ecolife CoachLine transmission system. This combination ensures optimal performance, fuel economy, and low emissions across a variety of route profiles.
Designed with passenger comfort and convenience in mind, each vehicle is fitted with 53 full leather seats featuring three-point seat belts, seat-back tables, and magazine nets. The interior benefits from elegant wooden-effect flooring and tinted privacy glazing.
Onboard amenities include a toilet with a drinks machine positioned above the toilet area, and USB charging points at every seat. The passenger experience is further enhanced by the Bosch Smart System audio-visual suite, incorporating monitors positioned at the front and centre of the saloon.
To ensure future compliance and operational flexibility, the coaches are pre-prepared for PSVAR conversion. This includes the integration of Hanover destination signage on the front, side, and rear, allowing Dartline to meet evolving accessibility requirements in the years ahead.
Each vehicle is also equipped with the Eco-3 air purification system (as standard), to provide high-quality air onboard for passengers and drivers alike.
