At Irizar UK we take a different approach to after care support. We do not rely on one network to do all elements of repairs but recognise there are experts that specialise in specific areas such as engines, air conditioning, entrance doors etc.

This recognition ensures our network is larger and specifically skilled in providing a solution to suit you and your needs.

Being independent from a truck network allows Irizar UK the freedom to search and select the best support. Our multi tiered network utilises DAF dealers, independent workshops and mobile support units.

The Irizar Integral coach range has undertaken the equivalent of 2 million kilometres testing by Applus+ in Idiada. The testing is independent and only once each model in the range has been passed by Applus+ is it allowed to be marketed. With this in mind you can be rest assured the quality of the Irizar product will rarely let you down.

However, if you do encounter a problem your driver simply calls DAFaid UK if the vehicle is in the UK or DAFaid Europe if your vehicle is on the continent. As DAFaid is one of the most respected support networks in Europe you can relax that you are in good hands. DAFaid call centre staff speak 7 languages and are available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
