Peter Godward Coaches returns to Irizar for two new i6S Integrals
Two new Irizar Integral i6S’ have recently been delivered to Basildon-based operator Peter Godward Coaches.
Both vehicles are 14-meter tri-axles with 61 seats trimmed in moquette with coordinating leatherette armrests, lateral panels and headrests and are identical in specification.
To suit the multiplicity of roles they will undertake, equipment includes a driver’s bunk, CCTV, a drinks machine and a centre toilet. The seats are fitted with seat-back tables and three-point belts, while luggage loading, and unloading is aided by cant-rail lighting.
Passenger entertainment is provided by a Bosch Smart Series audio system and Actia video with two monitors and an AC mains-power inverter and plug are provided for driver use.
The stylish vehicles feature wood effect flooring and black tinted windows for both comfort and privacy.
Both coaches feature the powerful DAF MX-13 355 483 hp engine and the highly-acclaimed ZF Traxon automated manual transmission.

The company was an early adopter of the Irizar Integral product, taking two of the first to arrive in the UK. One of the these vehicles a 2012 Irizar PB has come in to Irizars used stock as a part exchange.
