Returning customer Olympia Travel of Wigan has taken delivery of two new Irizar Integral i6 coaches.
The family-run operator has been in business for over 30 years and has been in partnership with Irizar UK since 2014 when the company received its first Irizar Integral. In this time, Olympia Travel has received 10 new Irizar Integrals.
The latest vehicles are 12.9m in length and hold 53 passengers. Passenger conveniences include seatback tables, multi-position footrests, and USB charging points fitted to each pair of seats. 3point seatbelts are added for passenger safety.
Leather driver and courier seats have been chosen for additional comfort and durability, the coach has a vacuum cleaner system installed to enable the highest standards of cleanliness to be maintained when on duty.
Propelled by an efficient DAF MX11 300kw, OBD-E euro 6 engine, with an output of 408hp, coupled to ZF’s Ecolife Coachline 6-speed fully automatic gearbox, the vehicles are equipped with lane departure warning and advanced emergency braking systems.
Olympia has specified PSVAR preparation and with this future-proofing in place, the residual value of the coaches will be protected.
