Glenton livery on new Black’s of Brechin i6
Black’s of Brechin has taken an Irizar i6 Integral from Irizar UK as a front-line coach on its contract work with Glenton Holidays.
The 53-seat, 12-metre coach comes equipped with air conditioning, seats with iLeather headrests, seatback tables and soft trim on the back, centre sunken toilet, DVD player, a dash-mounted fridge, reversing camera, drinks machine and a built-in vacuum cleaner. The coach is powered by DAF’s PR265 engine and has a ZF AS-Tronic autoshift gearbox.
“We are delighted to have a brand-new Irizar i6,” said Bobby Black, Managing Director at the company in Angus, Scotland. “Having only diversified into the coach industry within the last two years, we are proud to have one of the most modern fleets of coaches in this area where we aim to operate quality rather than quantity, giving the same values of high-quality service to all our clients.”
Black’s of Brechin was established in 1837 and is managed by the sixth generation of the family, which also has a furniture retail shop and a purpose-built removals and storage complex, with modern offices on site.
“Black’s of Brechin have been working with various tour companies and right from the outset have worked closely with Glenton Holidays, who put their trust in the ambitions we have for our company,” said Bobby. “So much so, that we agreed to run a liveried coach for Glenton Holidays for all their tour requirements.”
