Barnes Coaches has taken delivery of a 12.9m luxury Irizar i6S Integral, with capacity for 53 passengers on i6 classic seats trimmed with iLeather. The vehicle has been supplied in Barnes Coaches distinct paint and livery and marks the 11th new vehicle provided to the Swindon based operator.
Mechanically the coach is powered by an efficient 408 bhp, MX11 300 DAF engine driven through ZF’s advanced fully automatic gearbox, that further enhances the economy of the vehicle.
Passenger comfort and safety is provided by three-point seatbelts, seatback tables and individual service sets, fitted to the underside of the luggage racks, to control the powerful Hispacold climate control system.
Entertainment is through the Bosch Smart Series radio, CD, PA system with Bluetooth compatibility.
