From 1 August 2026, Irizar UK will be taking orders for Irizar e-mobility parts, ie tram and bus components, coach parts, and associated PSV parts, benefiting customers from specialist product knowledge, genuine parts availability, and dedicated customer support.
The new operation has been established to strengthen customer access to genuine Irizar spare parts, including Irizar ie tram and bus components, e-mobility systems, coach parts, bus parts, and aftermarket solutions. We aim to deliver enhanced parts availability, support faster delivery, and provide operators with a reliable source of technical expertise and customer service.
This investment reflects Irizar UK’s continued commitment to supporting operators with high-quality PSV and e-mobility parts, helping to maximise vehicle uptime, maintain operational efficiency, and support the long-term performance of Irizar and Irizar e-mobility vehicles.
The parts operation will complement Irizar UK’s expanding in-house pre-delivery inspection (PDI), servicing, and technical support capabilities, creating a complete portfolio of wrap-around customer support. This integrated approach ensures operators benefit from a seamless ownership experience, backed by expert assistance throughout the vehicle lifecycle — from initial delivery through to ongoing maintenance and aftersales support.
