Irizar UK has thrown open its vehicle training courses to all owners of DAF-powered Irizar Integral coaches.
The courses – at three technical levels – ensure that customers are familiar with all the systems aboard i4, i6 and i8 products, equipping all the operator’s service and technical staff with an understanding of the way in which these unique vehicles are maintained and serviced.
“All coaches are designed differently, and the Irizar Integral range is no exception,” said Andy Mageer, Irizar UK’s Aftercare Manager. “Starting with our familiarisation course, our team will flag up the location of serviceable components and explain the iService and eShop systems we offer customers, so routine servicing is made easier.
“But for technicians, we also offer a course on Systems Design and Diagnostics, and Advanced Diagnostics, equipping our customers’ staff with the knowledge they need to ensure our coaches give a long and trouble-free life.”
Of course, all operators of Irizar Integral coaches also have the services of Irizar UK’s industry-leading mobile technicians and the giant DAF network: “Things can go wrong,” said Andy. “But they go wrong much less frequently when technicians carry out routine checks and maintenance.”
When are the courses run?
Irizar UK has set dates this year at which any of the three levels of training can be provided, depending on demand. Our current course dates are as follows:
New course dates to be announced.
