Customers log in with a unique username and password and are able to access all the information they require to support the Irizar coach they have bought – and have a ‘DNA’ that is unique to each vehicle. Dealers are also able to register, thereby giving them access to the same information.
We also deliver a CD of information with each vehicle, with copies of the user manuals, wiring diagrams, paint codes, parts manual, powertrain parts manual, and all specific for the customer’s vehicle only. All of this is designed to help our customers support their product and to minimise time spent in workshops or dealers.
