Prospect takes show vehicle
The 57-seat tourer is the second for Prospect, whose experience with the first coach, delivered in April, has been exceptional: “We have a fleet of 51 vehicles, and we are realistic about new coaches – they are hand-built vehicles, unlike cars. But I can honestly say that of all the coaches we have ever had new, the i6 Integral has been the best,” says Prospect Coaches Director Roslynd Hadley.
Roslynd says she fell in love with the i6 Integral in February, when the company visited the factory with a CPT group, and bought a 12.9-metre coach with Euro 5 PR265 engine directly afterwards. In particular the Transport Manager, Nathan Hadley, praised the engineering quality when his engineers did an extensive delivery inspection.
The show vehicle has 57 i6 seats with iLeather headrests and piping. It has DAF’s award-winning Euro 6 MX11-271 369bhp engine coupled with a ZF-AS-Tronic gearbox.
